The standard we hold this site to
We build toward WCAG 2.2 Level AA. In practice that means text and interface elements meet minimum contrast ratios, every interactive element is reachable and operable with a keyboard, focus is always visible, images carry meaningful alternative text, headings run in a logical order, forms have real labels rather than placeholder text standing in for them, and motion respects the reduced motion setting in your operating system.
Where we know we fall short
Nothing is perfectly accessible, and claiming otherwise is not useful. If we find a gap we will list it here with what we are doing about it, rather than removing the section.
Getting help another way
If any part of this site does not work for you, you never have to use it. Call or text (630) 526-1350 and a person will take your information over the phone and walk you through the entire process, start to finish. That path is always available and it is not a lesser version of the service.
